If your deposit hasn't been credited to your account, first please look up your Txn hash on https://etherscan.io/ to confirm if the transaction has already been confirmed on the network. Check that the correct coin has been deposited — only ERC20 USDC deposits will be credited to your account and other ERC20 coins will not appear on your account balance. Please also remember to check the "internal transactions" information tab on Etherscan — this is where you will find ERC20 token transfers.
If the deposit has not been confirmed on the blockchain, this could be due to congestion and/or insufficient gas fees.
If it has been confirmed but still wasn't credited to your account, please contact PowerTrade Support making sure to include your account email address and provide us with the Txn hash so we can verify the status of your deposit on our end.
